How request limits work
The 5-hour and 7-day limits measure usage in the preceding 5 hours and 7 days. Requests stop counting as they leave each window, gradually freeing capacity. The total plan allowance covers the 30-day validity period and does not roll or replenish as requests age out.
Delivery and renewal
We manually email your API key to your checkout address within 12 hours of payment. Your 30-day validity starts when the key is sent. This is a digital product; no physical shipping is required.
One-time purchase. Valid for 30 days. No automatic renewal. Place a new order after your plan expires.
Refunds and key support
You can request a refund before your API key is sent. If a key we have sent cannot be used because of a problem, contact us for a replacement. These options do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
