5-hour and 7-day limits use rolling windows. A 30-day plan's total allowance applies to its validity period and does not roll. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited tokens during its validity period. There is no token quota. Usage is limited by the number of requests: the rolling 5-hour and 7-day limits, where listed, and the total request allowance for your chosen plan. Unlimited tokens does not mean unlimited requests.
At any moment, your 5-hour usage is the number of requests made in the preceding 5 hours. Your weekly usage counts the preceding 7 days. As requests leave each window, they stop counting and capacity becomes available again.
The KIMI 5,000-request weekly plan is valid for 7 days. All other plans are valid for 30 days. Validity starts when your API key is sent. A 30-day plan has a total request allowance for that period; this allowance does not roll or replenish as old requests age out.
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. To continue after your plan expires, place a new order.
Our team manually emails your API key within 12 hours of payment to the address used at checkout. This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to a physical address.
You can request a refund before your API key is sent. If a key we have sent cannot be used because of a problem, contact us for a replacement. These options do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
